LHS “Students of the Week” – October 17
AVA PETERSON has been selected as one of this weeks “Students of the Week” by Mr. Wyatt Quiring of the Social Studies Department. Ava is a junior the daughter of Matthew Unger and Sarah Rue of Litchfield. Ava excels in every assignment she completes for geography and has a high understanding of the subject matter. She goes above and beyond on her assignments to turn in the best work she can. Ava comes to class every day with a positive attitude. She constantly is participating in class whether it be whole class discussion or working in small groups. Ava shows respect for her peers and teachers throughout classes. Ava participates in Basketball. Congratulations Ava on being selected Student of the Week!
NICK KUECHLE has also been selected as one of this weeks “Students of the Week” by Mr. John Spanos of the Ag & Industrial Arts Department. Nick is a senior and the son of Mitch and Kristi Kuechle of Litchfield. Nick is currently enrolled in both Advanced Metalworking and Construction Technology classes. He is a leader by example and always available to help other students during class. His willingness to work on both metals projects and the school house during his free period is a testament to his dedication and positive attitude. Nick is respected by his peers and instructor. Nick participates in Football, Hockey, Golf, Trapshooting and FFA. Congratulations Nick on also being selected as Student of the Week!
